TASNEE Mega Turnaround Feb and Mar 2019 for Rotating Equipment Services

A Mega Turnaround for both February 2019 (BUTANOL Plant) and March 2019 (PDH and PP Plants) for Rotating Equipment Services with a total of over 600 personnel had been a mega success.

One of the biggest Turbomachinery Services undertaken by SMH Turnaround Team, in which, Tasnee have shown confidence on SMH for competence and reliability reputation embedded in SMH name. One of the biggest compressor installed in the facility of the Client’s PDH plant – Product Gas Compressor and Turbine.

For PDH and PP Plants, critical equipment has been smoothly overhauled during this mega turnaround such as MHI Product and Propylene Compressor with its Turbines, Manturbo Air Compressor, Coperion Extruders (2nos.), Pumps, Agitators, Gearbox, and Blowers, etc. this time, SMH achieved another milestone in TASNEE PP plant for completion of Turnaround 2-days ahead of schedule while PDH plant have successfully been turned over within the span of 10 days project timeline.

For BUTANOL Plant in February of this same year, critical equipment like Kobelco CO and CO2 integrally geared compressor, Dresser Rand BVOH Compressor with its turbine have also been smoothly overhauled.
