SMH Manufacturing and Industrial Services Company Ltd. have been in the business of Turbo Machinery and Rotating Equipment maintenance since 2009, serving Petrochemical giants like SABIC, ARAMCO and private affiliates like SAUDI CHEVRON, TASNEE, SADARA, SATORP, SAMREF, SIPCHEM, MAADEN.
We have successfully completed more than 100 Major/Minor Shutdowns and Turnarounds for Turbo Machineries, and all kinds of rotating equipment with various clients in Saudi Arabia.
We, SMH aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 goals by localizing the Spare parts manufacturing and raising Saudi youth employment.
SMH is accredited with ISO 45001 for Health and Safety, ISO 14000 for Environmental System, and ISO 9001 for Quality Management System.
SMH is representing Shin Nippon machinery in Saudi Arabia since 2015 and our Workshop is certified as an authorized workshop for the Repair and Overhaul of SNM process pumps and steam turbines. SMH is associated with Japan Steel Works started from Year 2017 for extruders.
We are located in Support Industries, Section 3 with a facility of 15,000 square meters total area. The facility consists of a 900-square meter workshop for machining and maintenance services, equipped with 10 Ton overhead crane. Another workshop is 1800 square meters for Rotor refurbishment and manufacturing of spares, equipped with 20 and 5-ton overhead cranes.
And we have a container yard of 1000 square meters where we keep our tools and site facility containers.
SMH workshop is equipped with 20 Ton Rotor Balancing machine from Schenk and CNC Lathe 5 Axis machine from HAAS Machine US.
Also, we are equipped with other machining equipment such as a Horizontal boring machine, shaper, Radial Arm drilling machine, milling machine, Lathe machines, and more to support Spare parts manufacturing and Site services.
