It not a typical Maintenance services for SMH Company due to there are some considerations in terms of the resources and mobilization within the plant.

SMH is carefully performed from one project to another and successfully completed the Critical Rotating Equipment during this situation stretching beyond the boundaries in Safe manner with the support of our valued client.

SMH Company handled parallel of projects for Rotating Equipment and one of those is Sadara PE1 TAM. It is the company’s second Shutdown project with SADARA Chemical Company, after our first stint handling EOD SD Execution of the same quarter last year 2019.

Equipped with 60 In-house highly skilled specialist, PE1 plant comprise of Major overhauling of Reciprocating gas compressor, Refrigeration compressor, Process Pumps, Pelletizer/Die plate, blowers etc. which was concluded at the end of March 2020.

As we leads towards the second quarter of the year, SMH Company was awarded to do the Overhauling of Extruder and Pelletizer Unit. Despite of limited resources, SMH managed to complete the 10 days job including the presence of JSW Supervisor for SAMAC JSW Extruder Maintenance Services.
