There are a lot of challenges while working with Shutdown and Turnaround but working with the current norm of social distancing and remote work have turned to a new normal and additional challenge, despite of limitations and protocols while working in the Plant with most physical and hands on job, SMH Managed and successfully executed the overhauling of JSW Extruder and Pelletizer Units last January 2021 with the total but not limited number of 15 crew members completed for 10 days.
Nevertheless, SMH always values Commitment to Quality, Safety, Health & Environment and this will continue to ensure everyone is safe and secure.
