Arrazi Plant III Turnaround

Handling Arrazi Plant Turnaround is never new to SMH, it is our 7th Turnaround/Shutdown. However, it is 1st for Arrazi Plant III performing Major and Minor Overhauling Turbines, Compressors, Fans and Pumps as follows:

• >SPECIAL PURPOSE STEAM TURBINES and (4) Compressor (BCL Series) - MAKE: MHI
• >GENERAL PURPOSE STEAM TURBINES - MAKE: SNM
• >INDUCED DRAFT FAN (IDF) and FORCED DRAFT FAN (FDF) - MAKE: DMW CORPORATION
• >BOILER FEED WATER PUMP (LP BFW) and BOILER FEED WATER PUMP (HP BFW) - MAKE: EBARA CORPORATION

Which successfully executed las February 2021 for a 25 day’s job.

A plant turnaround will nearly always be major endeavor, but it does not have to be a major difficulty especially when you plan ahead.

SMH is engaged in advance to ensure that we have the available resources with us in supporting the Plant Turnaround with complete number of experts and specialist, joined aiming to finish this important maintenance while executing this challenging task.
